Eddie “Pete” Wayne Pauley, 57, of Glen Daniel passed away on December 5th, 2017 at his home, after an extended illness.
Known affectionately as “Pete” all his life, he was born on February 17th, 1960, in Beckley to the late Beulah Agnes Lucas- Sizemore. His interests included woodworking, Eddie was an avid fisherman .
A graduate of Marsh Fork High School, Class of 1979, Eddie worked in construction until he was disabled. He was of the Christian faith.
In addition to his mother, Eddie was preceded in death by a sister, Debra Lucas Freese; a brother, John-John Messer; and his wife, Loretta Smith Pauley.
Those left to cherish his memory include his daughters, Angel (Danny) Davis and Patricia (Jamie) Williams; grandchildren, Kayla, Brody, Danni Grace, Hunter, and Fisher; a step-daughter, Becky (Mike) Freese and a step-son, Robert Sisk and their children and grandchildren. “Pete” will be missed by his long- time friend, Jeff Banks.
In keeping with his wishes, Eddie will be cremated and laid to rest in the Lucas Family Cemetery at Pine Branch Hollow.
A memorial service will be at a later date.
